Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VandiGo's ("VandiGo") mobile apps, website and services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. The VandiGo platform

VandiGo is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers and fleet partners for transportation within the cities we operate in. VandiGo is not a transportation carrier; rides are provided by independent drivers.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
• Drivers and fleets must provide valid licences, registration and insurance, and pass our verification before going online.

3. Rides & fares

• Fares are shown as an upfront estimate before you book. On supported rides you may propose a fare and accept a driver's bid.
• Rides are paid directly to the driver (cash or digital payment) on completion unless stated otherwise.
• Final fares may vary with actual distance, time, waiting and tolls.

4. Driver & fleet commission

Drivers and fleet partners agree to VandiGo's commission on completed app rides, as communicated in the app. For these rides, the commission is settled from the driver's VandiGo wallet balance.

5. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Harass, threaten or harm other riders, drivers or staff.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security.

6. Cancellations

Riders and drivers may cancel rides subject to our cancellation policy shown in the app. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges or affect account standing.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, VandiGo is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent drivers, riders or third parties, or for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, create safety or fraud risk, or as required by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
